By accessing or using the Site, submitting an enquiry, or otherwise interacting with the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to website use only. Client engagements — including custom software, dedicated teams, cloud and DevOps, AI and data, security testing, quality engineering, and Microsoft solutions — are governed by separate written agreements, statements of work, and related commercial documents.

The Site is intended for business and professional use. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Descriptions of our services, capabilities, technologies, case examples, and processes on the Site are provided for general information. They do not constitute an offer, quotation, guarantee of availability, or commitment to perform work.

Binding commercial terms — including scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, service levels, acceptance criteria, and warranties — arise only when set out in a signed proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, or other written contract between you and PARIMARGIN.

When you submit a contact form or contact us by email or phone, you agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse our communication channels. Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship, engagement, or obligation for either party to proceed with a project.

We may respond to enquiries at our discretion and may decline to engage where we consider it appropriate (for example, conflict of interest, unsuitable scope, or incomplete information).

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PARIMARGIN and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Site shall not exceed INR 5,000 (or the equivalent in local currency) or the amount you paid us specifically for access to the Site in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater. Because the Site is generally provided free of charge, this may mean limited or no monetary liability for Site use alone.

Liability arising from paid client engagements is governed solely by the applicable commercial agreement and is not limited or expanded by this section, except where that agreement expressly incorporates these Terms.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PARIMARGIN and its directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights in connection with Site use.

16. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional notices posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and PARIMARGIN regarding use of the Site and supersede prior understandings on that subject.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
